3. Booking and Reservations

3.1 Booking Process

For a successful charter booking, you must:

3.2 Confirmation

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Pricing

All service prices are presented in £ and are inclusive of any applicable taxes, unless expressed otherwise. These prices are subject to changes and may be amended without prior notice.

4.2 Payment Schedule

• Deposit: An obligation of 50% of the total charter expense at the time of booking
• Balance: Payable 48 hours preceding the scheduled departure of the charter
• Incidental expenses (if any): Payable subsequent to the conclusion of the charter

4.3 Payment Methods

Your payments can be processed through several secure methods including major credit cards, bank transfers, and certified cheques, utilizing encrypted systems for transaction security.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1 Customer Cancellations

• If canceled more than 72 hours before departure: Full return minus any transaction fees
• For cancellations between 24-72 hours prior to departure: A refund of 50%
• Cancellation fewer than 24 hours before departure: Non-refundable

5.2 Weather Cancellations

In scenarios where weather conditions are considered unsafe for navigation by our captain, options provided will include:

• Rescheduling the charter to the soonest available time slot without extra charges
• If rescheduling is unachievable, a complete refund will be offered

5.3 Mechanical Issues

In the rare instance of mechanical issues with the assigned yacht, we will endeavor to provide an appropriate substitute. In the event that an alternative is not feasible, we will issue a full refund.

6. Safety and Conduct

6.1 Safety Requirements

All those aboard are mandated to:

• Heed all directives issued by the crew
• Make use of any safety gear as may be required
• Disclose any medical conditions potentially impacting their safety
• Stay within the parts of the vessel designated for passengers

6.2 Prohibited Items

The following articles are not allowed on board:
