5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • If canceled more than 72 hours before departure: Full return minus any transaction fees
  • For cancellations between 24-72 hours prior to departure: A refund of 50%
  • Cancellation fewer than 24 hours before departure: Non-refundable

5.2 Weather Cancellations

In scenarios where weather conditions are considered unsafe for navigation by our captain, options provided will include:

  • Rescheduling the charter to the soonest available time slot without extra charges
  • If rescheduling is unachievable, a complete refund will be offered

5.3 Mechanical Issues
