How far in advance should I book?
It's wise to reserve your charter 2–3 weeks beforehand, particularly during the busy season (May–September). For business functions and private festivities, securing your booking 4–6 weeks prior is advisable to ensure availability and enable custom preparations.
What happens if weather conditions are poor?
Your safety is our utmost concern. Unfavorable weather conditions as determined by our captain will lead to either rescheduling your charter for the nearest available day or a full reimbursement. Weather forecasts are closely monitored and should there be any concerns, we will inform you about 24 hours before your scheduled departure.
Can I bring my own food and beverages?
Certainly, guests are permitted to bring their own food and non-alcoholic drinks. We also have exceptional catering services available and are capable of personalizing meal plans according to your taste. Kindly note that due to safety measures, glass containers are not allowed on board.
Are your yachts accessible for guests with mobility limitations?

What is your cancellation policy?
If the cancellation occurs 72 hours or earlier prior to departure, a full refund is issued. Cancellations made between 24–72 hours prior are eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations less than 24 hours before departure will not be refunded unless the cause is attributable to weather disruptions or mechanical faults on our end.
